- The R2 Trainer Rope comes assembled complete with two round nuts, two end caps, and two patented R3 Series handles.The rope is easily adjusted by either tying a knot in the cord (perfectly ok) or removing the round nut, cutting the cord, and reapplying the round nut! No problem! This rope is lightweight and FAST: This rope is perfect for double-unders and speed events!
