Sure, you may not need as much gear as a hockey goalie, but you’re still going to need some items to get the most out of your combat sports training.  Luckily for you, we have everything you will need here at MMA Industries!  We have the best gear from all of the top Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and mixed martial arts equipment manufacturers, including Fairtex, Jaco, Hayabusa, and many others.

If you’re just starting out, there are some “must have” pieces of gear that you will want to pick up.  First, if you’re a BJJ practitioner, you will need a gi. At MMA Industries, we stock gi’s from reputable, tournament-proven companies like Keiko Raca and Vulkan, as well as more budget-minded choices from Fuji.  Whether you’re looking for your first gi or you’re a gi hoarder like we are, we’ve got you covered.  Have kids?  Get them started in BJJ right and take a look at our children’s sized gi’s.  We carry lightweight summer weave gi’s, blinged-up gi’s for special occasions, and everything in between!

Next, if you’re going to be doing striking training or Muay Thai/boxing, you’re going to need some good gloves and handwraps.  Good gloves protect your hands and your training partners’ brains; don’t skimp here. Speaking of sparring, once your training progresses enough to the point that you’re sparring, you will absolutely need a quality set of head gear, shin guards and training pads.  Each of these items is a necessity, and MMA Industries stocks these from all of the top manufacturers.  Buy quality gear from us, and you won’t be let down when you’re training, or even worse, when you’re in the cage or the ring.

While fancy gloves and patch-adorned gi’s get all of the glory, any experienced combat athlete knows how important the less “Hollywood” pieces of gear can be.  The first time you take an inadvertent knee to the face while rolling and DON’T lose your teeth, you’ll be happy you spent a couple bucks on a quality mouthpiece.  Let’s not forget about groin protection… this one’s fairly obvious; you train in a sport where your opponent’s objective is to hurt you… protect the twig and berries!  In addition to mouthpieces and cups, we also stock personal hygiene items, strength and conditioning accessories, books, DVDs, and fight sport specific gym bags to carry it all.

Shop at MMA Industries for all of your fight sports gear needs…you’ll be happy you did.  Our unparalleled product selection and our stellar customer service track record speak for themselves.  We’re on the mats just like you are, and we know how important it is to have quality gear delivered by a reputable company.
